Recent Walks
We’ve taken it upon ourselves to go out and start walking / running.
Our first walk was Sunday night, staying close to home. We finished the walk in a little more than 36 minutes at a pace of 10:15/km:
We were both in a mood for some Tim Hortons after dinner last night, so we decided to walk there. Wearing my runners (as opposed to my “old man” shoes from Sunday night), we did 3.58 km in less time at 9:55/km:
Here’s hoping we can keep this up.
